Frequently Asked Questions
-
Universal customization is proprietary to KOR and our products. The Patented Vacuum Rigidizing Structure™ enables the user to place their items in the case, heaviest objects first, and then pump out the air within the panel. This process enables the panel to create a vacuum that secures the contents of the case in place during transit. By releasing the vacuum, the bladder is able to then be customized with different equipment in a layout chosen by the user, and create the vacuum again using the hand pump supplied with the case.
-
The System may fit in other cases, but we designed it to fit inside the cases listed. If you do buy a KOR System for a case not listed, you may experience some voids, shifting, or difficulty closing your case when using the VRS System designed for another case.

Unfortunately, we cannot control for barometric pressure changes just yet. Therefore, the VRS bag will lose a small amount of vacuum when traveling to higher elevations, but not affect the system’s transportation abilities. The System has been tested in a 3rd Party Lab using MIL STD 810H for altitude and passed.
-
The panel is impervious to contaminants. You can wash the panel with warm soapy water, rinse with clean water, and let dry in the sun. Once the panel is dry, you are good to deploy on your next mission.
-
Each KOR product comes with a clear, self-adhesive patch. First, clean the area of all dirt and debris. Allow the area to dry fully. Then, cut the provided patch to the appropriate size. Remove the backing and apply to the puncture while the panel is in fluid state. After 1 minute, pull vacuum and allow the panel to sit for 20 minutes to allow the adhesive on the patch to cureto the puncture.
