Double panels encapsulate your gear top and bottom. Replacing traditional foam they are designed to work within existing hard cases, encapsulating your gear, providing the superior protection in asset transit.

    Super versatile.

    We recently used the KOR Protection System on a mission to protect our gear in transit, and it performed exactly as we hoped. What really stood out was the flexibility. Partway through the trip we needed to bring back additional equipment, and instead of being stuck with fixed foam inserts, we simply reconfigured the KOR panels to fit the new gear.

    That versatility made a real difference. One system handled multiple loads, kept everything protected, and saved us from carrying dedicated foam cases. After using it in the field, it's hard to imagine going back to traditional foam.

    Protected our AED no problem

    We started using the KOR Protection System to replace our custom foam inserts, and it completely changed how we pack sensitive equipment. On this trip we had to fit a defibrillator and a few oddly shaped accessories into a single case. Instead of cutting new foam or leaving empty space, we just molded the KOR panel around everything and pulled a vacuum. Everything stayed locked in place during transport, and when the loadout changed, we simply reset the panel and packed it again. It's a much smarter solution than foam if your gear is constantly changing.
